Guided home-service intake
Denkeeper
Denkeeper helps homeowners, landlords, and property managers describe a repair or maintenance need without first having to identify the trade. A guided intake asks useful follow-up questions and packages the scope, urgency, location, contact details, and access notes into one request for review.

What the product actually does
Start with the homeowner's words
The intake is designed around symptoms and desired outcomes rather than trade jargon. It collects a scope summary, Florida location, urgency, name, at least one contact method, and optional access or safety context before creating a handoff. That reduces repeated forms while preserving the details a person needs to review the request.
A service front door plus useful guidance
Denkeeper combines the guided request experience with public home-maintenance guides, construction news, and an owner-reviewed journal. The editorial system can monitor approved sources and prepare structured drafts, but publishing remains a human decision. The site is organized to help a visitor learn, decide whether the request fits, and then submit one complete description.
Team review remains part of the product
Administrative views support intake review, account roles, conversation history, saved material, and handoff status. Denkeeper can help organize the first conversation and connect a visitor with local help, but it does not automatically confirm a professional, appointment, price, diagnosis, or completed repair.
