Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, and message. The chat and website-audit experiences collect the messages, URLs, and project details you enter.
How the information is used
Broad Builder uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, operate the chat or audit you request, and protect the service from misuse. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Service providers
Contact and lead messages are delivered through Resend. Chat content is processed through OpenAI. The site loads Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Those providers may process technical or submitted data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting a form or chat message. Browser controls can limit cookies and similar storage, though some measurements may still use technical request data. Use the contact form to ask about information you previously submitted.
Changes to this notice
This page will be updated when the site's data practices or service providers materially change.
